Use the Crohn’s Assessment and Discuss Your Results with Your Doctor
According to the American College of Gastroenterology practice guidelines on the management of Crohn’s disease in adults, one of the goals of Crohn’s disease management is to achieve and maintain remission (stop symptoms over a period of time). Even if you are currently being treated with medication for your Crohn’s disease, taking the Crohn’s Assessment can help you and your doctor determine if you are achieving that goal. Simply answer the questions and either take a printout with you to your next appointment or email yourself the results. Take the Crohn’s Assessment.
